I’d never been to a gym before — I didn’t know where to start, felt completely intimidated, and was starting to struggle with weight gain in my mid to late 40s.

I nearly didn’t join… because I was too nervous and thought I wouldn’t fit in.

But joining VF was the best thing I’ve ever done.
