Before joining VF, I struggled with my diet, energy levels, and confidence. I was unsure how exercise would fit into what I believed was a ‘busy lifestyle’. The desire to change was there - but I had no clear direction, plan, or consistency.
I was extremely nervous before my first session, not knowing what to expect, what I’d be capable of, or how I’d be perceived.
From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming and supportive. The small, female-only group made a huge difference, with constant guidance, reassurance, and zero judgement. The training is challenging but enjoyable, and it doesn’t take long before you feel part of the team.
Over the past 9 months, the physical and mental changes have been incredible. I’m stronger, more confident, and doing things I never thought possible.
My sleep has improved, my stress levels are lower, and my overall mood is significantly better.
The hardest part is making the decision to start and walking through the door for that first session.
Just be patient. Trust the process.
