Before joining VF, I struggled with low energy, poor sleep, low appetite, and very little interest in exercise beyond the basics. I had also felt anxious about meeting new people and worried about being judged.
Over the past 26 weeks, I’ve lost 26lb, feel more energised, and actually want to exercise daily. My appetite has improved, my sleep is better, and overall my mood is far more positive week to week.
